Tribal Warrior Services
Tribal Warrior has come together with Climatech in a Joint Venture (JV). This JV – Tribal Warrior Services – is registered with Supply Nation as a First Nations owned and operated business.
The mechanical systems that Tribal Warrior Services provide include ventilation, smoke exhaust and essential services, heating and cooling, refrigeration and building management systems, and building energy analytics and diagnostics. We offer turnkey mechanical solutions that can be counted entirely towards your APP/APIC contract spend requirements.

Tribal Warrior Aboriginal Corporation
Tribal Warrior Aboriginal Corporation is a not-for-profit social enterprise that was founded by members of the Indigenous community in 1998. Their mission is to teach and revitalise Aboriginal culture, as well as to provide economic and social stability for First Nation Peoples. Tribal Warrior facilitates a variety of community outreach programs, and is a long-standing pillar of the local Redfern community. In doing so, Tribal Warrior Services demonstrates how companies and agencies can work collaboratively with the Indigenous Australian community to provide employment, education, and training opportunities.
Our Directors
Shane Phillips
Chairman
Shane Phillips is an outstanding community leader and respected spokesperson for Aboriginal Australians. Shane is passionate about the importance of empowering Aboriginal people and is a dedicated contributor to a range of community organisations. He has cultural connections to the Bunjalung, Wonnarua, and Eora peoples.
Mark Spinks
Director
Mark is a respected member of the Aboriginal community in Sydney. As Secretary, he brings a wealth of government and strategic public sector know-how to the Tribal Warrior Association. He is also the founding member of the Babana Aboriginal Men’s Group Inc., a broad-based, non-aligned community support and development group providing networking opportunities for local Aboriginal men.
Director
Tim is qualified as a deckhand and has been with the Association for several years. He brings artistic knowledge and commitment to the board. He is a gregarious person who supports everyone in the Tribal Warrior Association, from the office staff to the crew, and his wealth of knowledge is of great value to our board.
Marc De Stoop
Director
Marc brings more than 40 years’ experience in the mechanical services sector, with considerable experience in project management and design consulting. Marc has held directorships in a number of large successful Australian companies, and his experience in the construction sector will be an invaluable contribution to Tribal Warrior Service’s development and achievements.
Joel De Stoop
Director
Joel is responsible for ensuring that we understand and meet the needs of our clients, and works hard to improve our client engagement. This includes targeting key growth sectors, developing new business initiatives, and overseeing early engagement for prospective projects. Joel is an innovative and successful leader who is enthusiastic about developing and providing opportunities for Aboriginal people to enhance their economic and social outcomes.
David Hicks
Director
David is a founding Director of David Hicks & Co Pty Ltd.. David Hicks established the firm in 1977 and has practised in the areas of Management Consultancy and Construction Management. He has a strong background in the Construction Industry in both New South Wales and Queensland. David’s clients include many of the large construction companies operating nationally as well as a number of substantial sub-contracting entities in the construction industry.
